Changes to eBay's feedback system will begin in May to prohibit sellers from leaving negative or neutral feedback ratings for buyers. Yesterday, eBay's President of Global Marketplace Operation, Lorrie Norrington, posted an announcement stating that the company will protect sellers from dishonest buyers who use the Feedback system as a weapon.
